Features

1. Versioning - a new version is created everytime "update" is clicked
2. Simple Workflow
   1. Users assigned "edit" rights are allowed to edit content
      1. after submitting content they see their new version but the public does not
   2. users assigned "approval" rights are allowed to approve content
3. Uses the standard FCK Editor (same used by stock DNN modules)
4. Simple database structure

Disadvantages / Wish list

1. Does not offer an immediate "publish" checkbox like the DNN 5.x HTML module
2. Does not email administrators when a new piece of content is submitted
3. Does not allow a user to "save" and not "submit" a piece of content for approval
   1. Maybe this is a good thing.  In practice users can forget to finish if given the opportunity
4. In versions 6.5 and 7.02 there is a bug that does not allow the inline editor mode to be turned off
   1. Does not allow the Last Edited date to be turned off system-wide by default

Overall Review

This is a very handy and easy to use module. It was also the first of its kind for DNN.  Along with the ability to click and edit pages, every website needs to have some sort of versioning module. Thank you for providing a free tool that does that Effority.  Based simply on the ability to assign users to "approve" content I consider this module a superior choice to the standard DNN 5.x HTML module.  However I expect that may not last long.
